The Device
Touchstone Mobile offers applications for Apple’s iPhone and iTouch and the Blackberry Bold and Curve. Applications for Windows Mobile and Symbian will be released shortly.
Users can also access Mobile Banking through their web browser on the phone using either Wi-Fi or the carriers phone network.

The Portal
Another unique feature of mobile is the Touchstone Portal that offers all of the functionality of our full portal, but reconfigured for the mobile application.
User registration can be handled within the portal allowing the bank to separate it’s mobile and Internet users whilst still providing access from one solution for payment initiation via the Internet and by Mobile.
This access centre allows a user to register, get access to application downloads, support, documentation, user guides and troubleshooting as well as customize their application. It is also the hub where they set up their Beneficiary templates and manage their account.
From the bank side, the portal allows the administrators to configure user access rights, language capability, correspondent and routing instructions, charges and commissions, foreign exchange rates and data management.
Operating as a secure portal within the banks firewall, Touchstone fully routes and validates a transaction, whilst also allowing the bank to control how that transaction is managed. Having its own integration layer allows Touchstone to create fully validated SWIFT transactions that can be sent directly to the SWIFT network and can also be configured to create message types for any local clearing network.
