What are my options?
Actually, they are pretty wide ranging. Our usual recommendation would be for you to embed the functionality that you like and has the greatest immediate benefit into your existing portal.
Using .jar files you can quickly access these benefits with only screen build to develop and we can also assist with this. It means that you don't have to disturb your technical architecture, your security or your current business processing logic, unless you want to.

You also have the ability to access all of the functionality within the product any time you choose, throughout the life of your contract. Basically, once you have bought the product, every time we introduce new functionality or enhancements you can add these whenever you want to or ignore them if they don't fit your processes. You can also ask us to develop more calls to our databases to meet a specific business need and that can then be added to our library.
Your alternative would be to look at re-engineering on the back of a major project across the customer portal, but this may be carried out at any time as you have access to the application anyway, even if you have deployed the SaaS model in the initial phases of the project.
