Is it secure if we host with you?
Yes, you send us an encrypted request, which our service decrypts, gathers the response and encrypts before returning to your system. We hold no data on any of your customers, you merely access our database and create the routing and handle the transaction validation.
We need 24/7 99.99999% uptime. Can you do that?
Yes we do. Part of our contract is a Service Level Agreement that provides you with a Platinum Service Offering with automatic rollover to contingency and separate Disaster Recovery (DR). Our major hosted location is based in the UK and we also provide services through other trusted third parties, such as Swift Service Bureaux.
