How is it priced?
Very simply! You pay an annual subscription based on the number of transactions you carry out per annum. We base our pricing on volume of transactions and obviously the more transactions you have the higher your annual fee, but the lower the cost of each transaction.
We have one simple contract with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) included and you can choose to use either the application or the SaaS model of the products you have selected. In fact if you wish you can use a blended service that allows you to use both.
Not only that but your subscription allows you to use any or all of the functionality within our products. You use only what you want to or what fits your current business process. If you change your process or develop a new product and wish to use more of our functionality then you just tell us what more you need from us and we provide it at no extra cost.
Our subscription model also allows you access to all functional upgrades within the products and modules you have acquired at no additional cost whilst you maintain a subscription with us. Of course if we bring out a new module that has totally different functionality - like Mobile Payments, then this will be at an additional subscription cost, but we like to give our existing customers preferential rates for these.
