How do I pay for it?
As always, we wanted to keep it simple, so it is a single contract and Service Level Agreement based on the number of aggregated Inbound and Outbound Messages.
We establish volume bands that allow you to increase your usage without confusion about the additional costs involved. All of clients are given the banded price list when they join the service so that they know what their annual and transactional costs are going to be ahead of time. They also know what the future costs will be if their message traffic increases year on year or through acquisition.
To us it just seems fair that you pay for what you use and as you increase the size of your contract, although your total cost per year increases, the overall cost per transaction is reduced.
